Position: Social Media Marketing Assistant

Location: Bangkok, Thailand (or Remote)

Salary range: 10,000~20,000 THB depends on working hour and ability.

About Us: BeautyMarketing_Partner is an Instagram account dedicated to providing top-tier marketing strategies and insights for beauty brands. We are expanding our reach to Thailand and are looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Assistant to help localize and manage our content for the Thai market.


  1. Content Creation and Localization:
    • Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
    • Adapt existing content to reflect local beauty standards and cultural nuances, ensuring all captions and hashtags are in Thai.
    • Design visually appealing graphics and posts that align with the brand’s aesthetic and marketing goals.
  2. Community Engagement:
    • Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, using Thai language.
    • Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing user-generated content to foster a sense of community.
    • Encourage followers to share their beauty routines and product experiences, and repost user-generated content to build trust.
  3. Influencer Outreach and Collaboration:
    • Identify and reach out to potential Thai beauty influencers for partnerships and collaborations.
    • Manage influencer relationships, coordinating campaign details and ensuring brand alignment.
  4. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze social media metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns.
    • Prepare regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Campaign Support:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including contests, giveaways, and themed content for Thai holidays and festivals.
    • Support paid social media advertising efforts by helping to create and manage ad content targeted at the Thai demographic.
  6. Trend Monitoring:
    • Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and the beauty industry in Thailand.
    • Propose new ideas and strategies to improve social media presence and engagement.
  7. Partnerships and Collaborations:
    • Partner with local beauty brands for co-branded campaigns.
    • Participate in or sponsor local beauty events and expos to increase brand visibility.


  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in both Thai and English.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tools.
  • Prior experience in social media marketing, preferably within the beauty industry, is an advantage.
